About The Role

As a DevOps Engineer in Creditro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and scalable. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Engineering, Data & Integration, and Product to deliver automation, technical support, and infrastructure expertise.

Your mission is to manage and optimize Creditro’s Azure-based cloud environment and Kubernetes clusters, while maintaining robust logging, monitoring, and auditing systems to support compliance and operational excellence.

By upholding strong security standards and streamlining workflows, you will help build a resilient foundation for both compliance-driven operations and product innovation.

Core Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Operations
● Maintain and develop Creditro’s Azure-based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
● Automate deployment workflows to increase efficiency and reliability
● Ensure high availability and performance across production environments
● Explore and implement new infrastructure management approaches to ensure future maintainability and scalability

Logging, Monitoring, and Compliance
● Implement, maintain, and improve logging and monitoring solutions for full system visibility
● Ensure audit-ready logging practices that align with AML/KYC compliance standards
● Support teams with troubleshooting and root cause analysis using monitoring insights

Security and Reliability
● Enforce robust security standards across infrastructure, deployments, and operations
● Continuously monitor and address vulnerabilities in cloud and containerized environments
● Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing to maintain business continuity

Cross-Team Collaboration
● Work closely with Engineering, Data & Integration, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and infrastructure alignment
● Provide guidance on infrastructure best practices and architecture decisions
● Participate in planning, reviews, and coordination as the infrastructure and DevOps expert
● Coordinate with other departments to ensure that critical updates are effectively communicated to customers

Expected competencies

● Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with strong expertise in Azure and Kubernetes (AKS)
● Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi), and container orchestration
● Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD
● Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability platforms
● Strong grasp of cloud and container security best practices
● Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
● Analytical, problem-solving mindset with focus on reliability and compliance
