The Role

We are looking for an engaged and analytical Finance Manager. You will play a key role in driving financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management across the business. This role combines strategic financial insight with hands-on operational control - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving, high-accountability environment. You will communicate with colleagues who have different professional backgrounds, and it is therefore important that you are clear and precise in your communication. Some technical knowledge is important to us as we work with various systems and software. Experience or interest in AI and business intelligence will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.

● Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

● Responsible for following up external bookkeeping and salaries partner

● Maintain control of invoicing, accounts receivable, cost allocation, and revenue tracking, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● Responsible for yearly and interim audits.

● Develop and monitor key financial KPIs, supporting management decisions with relevant data and insights.

● Partner with department heads to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimizations.

● Support the MD in strategic financial decisions, including investments, profitability analyses, and pricing initiatives.

● Continuously improve financial processes and systems for scalability and accuracy.

Who You Are

● You have a Master or Bachelor in finance, controlling, or business management.

● Experience from finance, controlling, and business intelligence

● You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning both the strategic and operational sides of finance.

● You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with data to drive better decisions.

● You have excellent communication skills and can translate numbers into actionable insights.

● You thrive in a changing environment and bring structure, clarity, and focus.

● You are fluent in Danish & English.
