As a Senior Product Designer in Visma Group’s Product Discovery team, you’ll help product teams across Visma build the right things with more confidence and impact.

We’re now looking for someone who enjoys facilitating workshops and excels at prototyping, and who’s excited about leveraging AI to transform product development. You’ll help teams become AI-native, upskill practitioners, and guide the creation of AI-powered solutions that deliver true customer value.
 

What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in helping product teams uncover opportunities and explore ideas before committing to build. Our team leads workshops such as Design Sprint 2.0, and we’ve recently expanded our offerings to include:

• AI Opportunity Workshops
• AI Design Sprints
• AI-Driven Discovery & Prototyping Workshops

Your work will focus mostly on facilitation and upskilling, while also exploring new ways of helping product teams ensure they are building the right things and collaborating effectively in the age of AI.

Day-to-day, this might include:

• Facilitating workshops and upskilling product teams
• Supporting teams in applying AI in meaningful ways during discovery, as well as in their products
• Exploring best practices for AI-driven discovery and prototyping
• Contributing to new workshop offerings and related workshop kits and e-learning courses

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who’s confident in their craft, eager to keep learning, and excited to help others solve problems—while shaping how we do product discovery across Visma.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have solid experience as a Product Designer and are comfortable working across the design process
• Feel confident facilitating workshops, ideally with experience in AI Design Sprints or similar frameworks
• Are genuinely curious about AI and how it can enhance design and discovery
• Thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments, and bring a supportive, inclusive mindset to your team
• Are skilled in prototyping, with experience across various tools and platforms, in addition to being curious to test and work with new tools and inspire others with what you learn
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Hold a relevant degree in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field
