You’ll join our central AI Strategy & Enablement team, collaborating directly with Visma leaders, key stakeholders, and global tech partners to integrate the newest AI tools into everyday workflows. In this role, you won’t just teach AI—you’ll inspire, innovate, and prove what’s possible.

As an AI Solutions Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between technology potential and real-world impact—making AI approachable, sparking curiosity, and helping teams discover how it can save time, boost efficiency, and unlock creativity at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Inspire & Educate: Show leaders and employees how to use AI tools in practical, powerful ways. Create innovative demos and proof-of-concepts to solve real business challenges.
• Lead Hands-On Sessions: Organize workshops, trainings, and demonstrations that bring AI to life.
• Spot Opportunities: Identify where AI can improve quality, speed, and outcomes.
• Stay Ahead: Keep on top of the latest AI news, tools, and trends—and translate them into value for Visma.
• Influence at All Levels: Collaborate daily with senior leaders, decision-makers, and experts across 180+ companies.
• Grow Partnerships: Work with global cloud providers, tech innovators, and event partners to bring fresh ideas into Visma.

• AI Passion, Curiosity and Vision: You’re an early adopter who’s always exploring the next big thing. 
• AI Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI tools and proven experience on how you’ve used them to solve problems or create measurable business value.
• People-Oriented Mindset: You thrive on empowering others and building trust. You know how to drive change, shift mindsets and encourage adoption at scale.
• Clear Communicator: You make complex tech ideas accessible and inspiring. Experience facilitating engaging learning sessions is a plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: You co-create, bring people along and learn from others.
