Key responsibilities
We are on the outlook for a full-time Social Media Manager to lead and execute both the organic and paid social media strategy across Visma Group’s Social media platforms. You will play a key role in developing and optimising our social media efforts through data-driven strategies, campaign management, and strategic planning to successfully grow our digital presence and strengthen our digital footprint.
Develop and execute Visma’s Social Media Strategy to drive brand awareness and traffic to Visma websites.
Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns across platforms.
Monitor and analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI to improve performance.
Conduct testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
Manage and grow our social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, platform updates, algorithm changes, and other emerging social media advertising trends.
Ensure all social media accounts are consistently updated and active, continuously contributing to the achievement of our brand goals.
Your profile
Native or near-native English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5+ years of experience in Social media management and digital marketing within a global organisation.
Proven success in managing and expanding global social media accounts, driving engagement and growth.
Extensive experience in performance tracking and reporting to optimise strategies and achieve goals.
Skills:
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excelling at building and enhancing brand presence on social media.
Deep understanding of brand management and social media strategy to foster long-term brand success.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing both paid and organic social media strategies that drive measurable growth.
Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional project and campaign management skills, adept at prioritising tasks and delivering results on time.
Skilled in stakeholder management, building relationships across teams and levels of the organisation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
